Refund & Returns Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Customers must report any damaged or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos of the product may be required for verification.

Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of mangoes and fresh fruits, returns are generally not accepted after delivery.
  • Returns may only be approved if the wrong product was delivered or the product arrived significantly damaged.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
